Is #ITWIFF23 In-Person or Virtual?

• Both! The Festival will include in-person screenings and events at Regal Essex Crossing and SOMMwhere in LES and will be available to stream virtually.

Will all films be available both in-person and virtually?

• Many of the films in our program will be available both in-person and virtually. There are a small handful of films that will have an in-person screening. There are also a small handful of films that will only have virtual screenings. Check our Film Guide for more info!

 

Where are the in-person venues located?

• Regal Battery Park: 102 North End Ave, New York, NY 10282

• Cloud One Hotel 6th Floor Lounge: 133 Greenwich St, New York, NY 10006

• Parm: 250 Vesey St, New York, NY 10080

• Le Pain Quotidien: 85 Broad St, New York, NY 10004

But what is the best way to fest In-person? 

• The best way to experience the festival is by purchasing a Pass. If you would like to be able to access every part (in-person & virtually) of the program and get some SWAG, you will need to purchase the In-Person All-Access VIP  Pass for $150.

• In-Person All-Access Pass for $60 gets you access to all the screens and special events.

What is the best way to fest Virtually? 

• Access-Access VIP Digital Pass $100 is the best way to experience the festival If you would like to be able to access the virtual program and get some SWAG at HOME.

• All-Access Digital Pass $30 gives you access to all the screenings and panels/workshops.  

• Digital Passes and Digital Single Screening tickets are on sale here.

• The virtual edition of Imagine This Women's Film Festival can be enjoyed online via SparqFest.

Where Can I pick up my passes and tickets for in-person screening and events?​

• Passes will be available for pickup only at Regal Essex Crossing during Festival Hours

  • Sept 23: 5:30pm - 8:30pm; Sept 24: 1:30pm - 7:30pm; Sept 25: 1:30pm - 7:30pm

•  The Box Office opens 20 minutes before the scheduled showtime and remains open 30 minutes after the film has started

How do I watch a Q&A for a film online?

• Visit ITWIFF YouTube Channel to view the Q&A (these can be viewed live, or as a recording after the event has ended).

Please note, Short Programs are subject to change at any time. Films DO NOT screen in the order listed on the Website/Eventbrite. Be sure to arrive on time and be seated in the theater at the start of each program. This will ensure you do not miss the film you came to see.

​

Please note,  to guarantee your seat, you must be present in line at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time! After that time, we reserve the right to sell any empty seats.
